by accident I found this guest book,I wanted to know the name of one of the plates to reccomend to my soninlaw from out of town,great place ,great food like always and a BIG THANKSTO THE MANAGER I made a comment to the cashier abouth the hostess you have there,she doesnt have proper manners and shes rude ,,she screams to everyone (like a circus) you all have come to a very lng way to have the restaurant looking faboulous with the exeption of this girl dark skin ,with darklips but blonde long hair????i very gero for the place ,,but o well I didnt see her on saturday night for dinner at the roca and that means a lot to me as a customer ,that means they take the customers into some type of consideration for the good. IT IS NOT ON THE SOUTH AREA IS IT?????? THANKS

I personally go with my family to have dinner more than a couple of times a month we had always had good service along with the food,this is in reference of a visit this week,service wasnot good like always,food was tasting different ,cold, the waiter took forever to bring a glass of water,he actually forgot ,I had to remind him,he looked a little ackward on his speaking (hangover) I wouldnt describe him I dont want to put him in trouble,that is not his fault ,I highly recommend manager or who ever is in charge of the restaurant to oversee how the business is going and really train these kids on how to apologize on certain things rather than saying hijole,we all know Danny is the owner but Im sure he has a lot of help ,PLEASE work with these people they all looked very desoriented and the food has always being good it looks nobody has control of it and if they do we have never seen it when we go other than that music on the weekends(live) it is so wonderful dont cut it,double check food and presence , service ....Thanks

Mi comentario es acerca de los malos empleados sin entrenamiento que tienen en roca mcpherson, el viernes fuimos a cenar mi esposo y mi pequeña hija, la tardanza de la comida, la mala atencion del mesero, hiso que decidieramos mejor retirarnos por ser muy tarde .... al pararme en la caja a pedir mi ticket, porque nisiquiera el mesero me llevo mi ticket, la señorita de la caja muy amablemente me hiso saber quien era el gerente. El gerente ni siquiera me ofrecio una disculpa, alcance a ver que eran 4 personas con corbata y nunca supe cual era el gerente, aparte ni siquiera ingles habla, PESIMA ATENCION EN ESTE TIPO DE ERRORES, estoy 100% segura de que el gerente ni siquiera cuenta se dio el porque me quejaba, solamente el mesero me pidio disculpas al retirarme. PONGAN MAS ATENCION EN QUE TIPO D EPERSONAL CONTRATAN. Nunca se acerco el gerente a hablar con nosotros, PESIMA ATENCION. Gracias por su atencion . Angeles Reyes

we've been to all 3 roca's in laredo for the past 3 or 4yrs and they all have great service, and we also see the same friendly people. thank you!! but most of all to your management and nelson he's always working there when we go and helps my famliy and i choose the new great food you guys offer ! thank you again mr. danny lopez for the service and your people that make it all happen!!

La Roca on McPherson is excellent. They prepare the food exactly how I want it. Most of the people there are very friendly and always remember what I like and how I like it. It is my favorite restarant. I had never liked fish until I ate it there; now, all I want to eat is seafood. I personally do not eat seafood in just any restaurant. Thanks for serving the people of Laredo.

The roca on McPherson has excellent food and service . Everybody is friendly at all time. Only one suggestion make the managers and assistant to be more polite to the customer and check once in a time the restaurant, instead of standing next to the front computers like controlling everything just with their eyes. and please take off those manager pucture (bad idea) from the front door, the look mad and it is a bad impresion to the restaurant. Thank you
